1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of safehomesgas.co.uk and the services provided by Safe Homes Gas Solutions Ltd. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services
We provide the following services across Derby, Nottingham and the East Midlands:
- Boiler servicing, repairs and installation
- Central heating installation, maintenance and repairs
- Landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)
- Gas cooker and gas hob installation
- Emergency gas engineer call-outs (24/7)
- Gas escape finding and repair
- Bathroom and kitchen plumbing
- Thermostat and heating control installation
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers only.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information provided at the time and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes after inspection. If additional work is identified during the job, we will seek your approval before proceeding.
4. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments can be made by phone, email, WhatsApp or via our website. We will confirm your appointment as soon as possible. For emergency call-outs, we aim to attend as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee a specific arrival time.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work starts. Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated.
We offer finance through Klarna for eligible services. Finance is subject to status and Klarna's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for Klarna's lending decisions.
Late payment may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. We will contact you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule on our side.
7. Access to Property
A responsible adult (aged 18 or over) must be present at the property during the visit. Safe and clear access to the relevant appliances and areas must be provided. If we cannot access the property or necessary areas, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.
8. Our Responsibilities and Limitations of Liability
We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care in accordance with Gas Safe regulations and relevant British Standards. We will not be liable for:
- Pre-existing faults or defects not caused by our work
- Damage caused by fair wear and tear
- Issues arising from parts or appliances supplied by the customer
- Loss or damage resulting from failure to follow our advice
- Any consequential, indirect or economic loss
Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Parts, Materials and Guarantee
We will advise you of parts costs before proceeding. Parts fitted by us carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of completion, subject to correct use and maintenance of the appliance.
10. Gas Safety
All gas work complies with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 and current Gas Safe requirements. If we identify an unsafe situation during a visit, we have a legal duty to make it safe, which may include capping off or isolating an appliance. We will always communicate this clearly with you. We are not responsible for pre-existing unsafe installations.
11. Website Use
Content on safehomesgas.co.uk is for general information only. We do not guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute website content without prior written permission.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos and design is the property of Safe Homes Gas Solutions Ltd or its content providers and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
13. Disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at sales@safehomesgas.co.uk or 07429 251926. We will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, it may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on our website. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance.
